<p>Do you have at least 4 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties and at least 1 year of supervisory experience? As Maintenance Supervisor at you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and grounds personnel, overseeing maintenance and preventative maintenance needs, working with vendors, prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems. HVAC Certification is REQUIRED for this position.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee other maintenance and grounds personnel. </li><li>Oversee ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs, etc. </li><li>Working with the vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects. </li><li>Prepping apartments for make-ready turns </li><li>General maintenance duties as necessary </li><li>On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls </li><li>Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas </li><li>Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems </li><li>Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Have complete grasp of on-site maintenance management. </li><li>4 -5 years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties and at least 1-2 years in a supervisor capacity. </li><li>Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical. </li><li>HVAC certification is a plus. </li><li>Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and be able to travel to other properties, if needed. </li><li>Must have basic set of tools. </li><li>Be responsible and reliable. </li><li>Have a positive, get the job done attitude. </li></ul> <p>Friedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
