As a representative of our esteemed brand, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that our clients have a positive and memorable experience with us.</p> <p>The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated to meet and exceed client-based objectives, thriving in a commission-driven environment. You will be responsible for promoting our brand and services, as well as achieving sales targets, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.</p> <p>While this is not a seasonal position, we are looking for individuals who are committed to long-term success and growth within our organization. If you are passionate about the tanning industry, enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and are eager to make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p> <p>Responsibilities: some of your key responsibilities may include, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, interview, and hire motivated and enthusiastic employees. </li><li>Train and develop a successful sales team </li><li>Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees </li><li>Manage all aspects of daily store operations (Cleanliness, Inventory) </li><li>Prepare staffing schedules to meet the needs of the salon </li><li>Successfully maintain inventory of product </li><li>Other tasks and duties as assigned by the District Manager </li><li>Greeting clients and providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. </li><li>Assessing clients' skin types determines the appropriate tanning equipment and lotion for their needs; thorough explanation of the tanning process, including proper positioning and safety guidelines, answering any questions they may have. </li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized tanning area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that lotions and other supplies are well-stocked. </li><li>Upselling tanning lotions and other products to clients, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences. </li><li>Meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. </li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with clients. </li><li>Maintaining accurate records of client information, including tanning history and preferences, to ensure a personalized and consistent experience with each visit. </li><li>Opening and closing the tanning salon on time. </li></ul> <p>Benefits: In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer competitive compensation and benefits!</p> <ul> <li>Employee discounts on retail products and services. </li><li>Opportunities for growth and professional advancements. </li><li>Fun, well-managed and successful work environment. </li><li>Referral Program. </li><li>PTO. </li><li>Commission and bonuses. </li><li>Dental, Vision, and Health insurance for full time employees. </li><li>401K with 5% company match. </li></ul> <p>Pay: $18.50 + uncapped commission and bonuses Qualifications: Salon Managers should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive individuals who are passionate about the tanning industry.</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years old. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills </li><li>Self-motivated to succeed in fast paced retail environment </li><li>Ability to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds </li><li>Friendly, outgoing and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Team-player willing to work collaboratively with other departments </li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Excellent leadership qualities and conflict management skills </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Must be able to stand, bend and work for long periods of time. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Sales experience - 1-2 years (preferred) </li><li>Customer Service - 1-2 years (preferred) </li><li>Prior management experience (preferred) </li></ul> <p>If you are ready to embark on a rewarding career with us, apply now and take the first step towards becoming a valuable member of our team.
