<p>Kforce has a client in Odessa, FL that is seeking a Remote Senior AI Technical Product Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Engage deeply with customers across segments to uncover needs and pain points </li><li>Act as the voice of the customer, translating insights into scalable product solutions and anticipating future opportunities </li><li>Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform product direction </li><li>Collaborate with Data, Design, and Engineering to define key metrics and evaluate product performance </li><li>Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify strategic opportunities and differentiation </li><li>Use market intelligence to refine product positioning and long-term vision </li><li>Shape product strategy with input from stakeholders and cross-functional teams </li><li>Translate strategy into actionable plans, including sprint goals and release milestones </li><li>Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals. </li><li>Own the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development </li><li>Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in partnership with engineering </li><li>Ensure development teams have clear priorities and unblock issues to maintain delivery momentum </li><li>Align with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support </li><li>Communicate product vision and roadmap to inspire and motivate internal teams </li><li>Frame complex problems clearly and guide the team through structured solution exploration </li><li>Encourage innovation while ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives </li><li>Partner with GTM teams early in the development cycle to shape launch strategies* 5-12+ years of experience in product management within software development environments </li><li>2-4+ years of technical Product Management experience with AI products (prefer AI workflow orchestration, Agentic AI, LLMs) </li><li>Experience driving AI product roadmaps/strategy, working closely with software development, sprint planning, managing backlog </li><li>Strong understanding of API integrations and SAAS/Platform product management </li><li>Proven experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management </li><li>Strong technical acumen and ability to work closely with developers and technical stakeholders </li><li>Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving real-world problems </li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels </li><li>Demonstrated success in delivering impactful products in fast-paced environments </li><li>Experience mentoring team members and fostering a high-performance culture </li><li>Bonus: Experience building scalable applications or AI-powered products </li></ul>
