<p>Essex North Shore is seeking a CTAE Instructional Coach starting after the new fiscal year. The CTAE Instructional Coach works collaboratively with CTAE teachers, the Teacher Induction Supervisor, and administrators to improve the quality of teaching and student learning in a vocational setting. This non-evaluative role focuses on providing job-embedded professional development, mentoring, and coaching to support the implementation of effective instructional practices and curriculum standards in vocational programming.</p> <p>CORI, SORI and SAFIS required.</p> <p>Bilingual preferred.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>CTAE Instructional Coach</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Chapter 74 MA DESE professional teaching certification. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of successful CTE teaching experience. </li><li>Strong knowledge of the MA DESE Vocational Curriculum Frameworks, curriculum, instruction, and assessment. </li><li>OSHA certification preferred. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Instructional Support & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Partner with CTAE teachers to co-plan, co-teach, and model effective instructional strategies. </li><li>Facilitate coaching cycles that include planning, observation, feedback, and reflection. </li><li>Provide CTAE program support to implement differentiated and inclusive instructional practices. </li></ul> <p>Professional Learning</p> <ul> <li>Stay current on evidence-based instructional strategies, curriculum trends, and educational research. </li></ul> <p>Data Analysis & Instructional Planning</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support CTE teachers in analyzing formative and summative data to inform instruction.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with CTE staff to implement data-driven instructional decisions.</p> </li></ul>
