Having quality time "off-the-clock" is as important to us as your time spent supporting the community.</p> <ul> <li>Generous Paid Time Off including: </li><li>Vacation - 80 hours in the first year, increases progressively with tenure </li><li>Sick Leave - 80 hours annually </li><li>Personal - 16 hours after one year of employment </li><li>Birthday - 8 hours that may be used at your discretion </li><li>Eleven Paid Holidays </li><li>$200 bonus when serving on call during a holiday </li><li>Veteran's Day Holiday - Paid, eligible for veterans only </li><li>Paid Volunteer Leave - 16 hours annually to give back to a cause you are passionate about </li><li>Monthly Renewal Bonus Program, Quarterly Performance Bonus, and Quarterly Resident Satisfaction Bonus </li></ul> <p>Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris or trash throughout the property in accordance with company standards. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness of breezeways/corridors and sidewalks including pressure washing. </li><li>Ensure community trash receptacles are well-maintained and free of large items around the perimeter. </li><li>Clean areas around mailroom, pool area, fitness area and equipment, laundry room, clubhouse, and other common areas to include trash removal, replace trash bags, vacuum, sweep and mop, clean window and door glass, clean coffee machines, replace paper products. </li><li>Clean grilling stations throughout the community. </li><li>Water any areas that are not irrigated, while observing all irrigated areas and reporting any issues. </li><li>Assist the team with distribution of communications to residents' doors </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <p>No preference.</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>One year of maintenance, repair or HVAC experience is a plus but not required.</p> <p>Licenses & Certifications</p> <p>None required.
