Look forward to attractive bonuses, a company car, and numerous development opportunities with a base salary of $60,000 plus bonus!</p> <p>WHAT TO EXPECT:</p> <ul> <li>You assess vehicle damage by examining structural, body, mechanical, and interior components to ensure accurate evaluations for repair planning </li><li>You prepare and manage repair estimates, including labor, parts, and supporting documentation for insurance claims and internal approvals </li><li>You coordinate with customers, vendors, and insurance adjusters to communicate damage assessments, negotiate repairs, and resolve estimate discrepancies </li><li>You oversee repair schedules and ensure quality control, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with standards </li><li>You maintain detailed records and support cost efficiency, handling documentation, reporting, and vendor pricing to identify areas for process improvement </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED:</p> <ul> <li>Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of experience in vehicle damage estimating or collision repair. Knowledge of CCC One or similar software is strongly preferred. I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus </li><li>Technical and Organizational Skills You are proficient in estimating systems and have a solid understanding of automotive repair processes, OEM standards, and insurance claim procedures.
