<p>Facility:</p> <p>Dayton Children's - Main Campus</p> <p>Department:</p> <p>Cardiopulmonary Administration</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Hours:</p> <p>40</p> <p>Job Details:</p> <p>The Manager, supported by and in collaboration with the Director, Service Line Operations and Medical Chief of the sleep clinics and sleep diagnostic labs, has the responsibility to plan and maintain clinical and diagnostic operations for the clinics and labs, while coordinating with other divisions to achieve the strategic priorities set forth in the mission and vision. The plans and operational activities are directing patient care efforts through the clinical and leadership staff, development and implementation of plans(s) for department staffing, program development, directing and monitoring operations including quality improvement and assurance programs, and comprehensive fiscal management of the operations. The manager is responsible for all operational and capital projects related to the clinics and the labs, identifying, executing and maintaining opportunities to new technologies and resources and to transform and integrate business unit/corporate structures and cultures. This individual will provide leadership support, direction, and administrative guidance in the development, improvement, and maintenance of the clinics and labs by leading a culture of engagement that results in outstanding programs and services, quality, patient safety, patient experience standardization/adherence to best practices, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement for both outpatient and inpatient. The manager in collaboration with the assistant manager is responsible for administrative call for the sleep lab's 24/7 service for troubleshooting and/or any emergencies.</p> <p>Department Specific Job Details:</p> <p>Sleep medicine and sleep diagnostic lab experience highly preferred</p> <p>RCP or RPSGT is highly preferred; pediatric experience is preferred.</p> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelors (Required)</p> <p>Certification/License Requirements:</p>
