To enable everyone's future financial growth.</p> <p>We are looking for a</p> <p>B2C Growth Marketing Manager - FinTech Focus (m/f/d)</p> <p>(permanent, full-time) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Amsterdam and Stockholm - flexible working conditions available</p> <p>Your tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and optimize B2C campaigns that drive both user acquisition and engagement across the entire customer journey. </li><li>Own and manage campaign budgets, developing detailed campaign concepts and messaging tailored to each phase of the marketing funnel. </li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings and workshops to ensure campaign alignment, timely execution, and cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Define and implement engagement strategies to ensure content resonates with our target audience and reflects their needs and preferences. </li><li>Analyze and report campaign performance using clear KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve results. </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target groups, recommend effective content formats, and drive consistent engagement across multiple channels. </li><li>Regularly present campaign insights to stakeholders, sharing learnings and proposing strategic improvements. </li></ul> <p>Your profile:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You have a degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, Economics?or a related discipline</p> </li><li> <p>You have at least 3 years of professional experience in B2C marketing, ideally within the FinTech, Tech or BNPL sector</p> </li><li> <p>You are data-driven and capable of analyzing and optimizing campaign performance</p> </li><li> <p>You possess strong organizational skills and a proactive approach</p> </li><li> <p>You are experienced in storytelling and clear communication</p> </li><li> <p>You have a hands-on mentality and ideally some experience in asset creation</p> </li><li> <p>Fluency in English is a must, while German is a nice-to-have, but not mandatory</p> </li></ul> <p>#EUR7</p>
