<p>Survivor Support Liaison</p> <p>Healing Action Network is committed to fostering safety, healing, and recovery for survivors of trafficking and exploitation. Grounded in trauma-informed, survivor-centered care, our vision is a future where exploitation no longer exists. As the only AmeriCorps program dedicated to human trafficking, the Volunteer Service Link program connects AmeriCorps members with victim service organizations to enhance survivor support. Responsibilities Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during drop-in center hours or field-based interactions. Create a safe, welcoming environment for survivors in moments of high stress or need. Assist survivors in navigating housing, healthcare, legal aid, employment, and benefits systems. Serve as a liaison between non-profits and external service providers to ensure seamless care and coordinated support. Identify service gaps and collaborate with partners to improve resource accessibility. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on survivor interactions, referrals, and outcomes. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and community partners to ensure continuity of care. Service Environment Schedule: Flexible scheduling options with part-time and on-call availability. Shifts to be determined based on availability. Service Setting: Hybrid model with a combination of in-office, teleservice, and community-based work. Physical Requirements: Moderate activity may be required, including travel to partner sites. Ideal Candidate Compassionate: Driven to support survivors with empathy and care.
