Coordinate with internal and external partners, including agency staff, Medicaid partners, academic institutions, and community organizations, to support planning, implementation, and alignment of activities, and maintain working relationships. Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of initiatives aligned with Title V/Maternal and Child priorities and grant requirements. Conduct research and environmental scans to identify best practices, emerging trends, and policy considerations in maternal and child behavioral health; synthesize findings to inform program planning, resource development, and decision-making. Assist in the development and dissemination of tools, resources, reports, and technical assistance materials to support practitioners and stakeholders.</p> <p>Support fiscal and contract management activities for maternal and child behavioral health programs. Assist with drafting, routing, processing, and tracking contracts, amendments, and agreements in accordance with state and grant requirements; monitor invoices for accuracy and timeliness; and coordinate payment processes with fiscal staff. Maintain fiscal tracking tools to monitor budgets, expenditures, and funding allocations; assist in reconciling expenditures and identifying discrepancies. Compile fiscal data to support budget monitoring, spending trends, and projections. Coordinate with internal fiscal, procurement, and administrative staff, as well as external partners, to ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and support audit readiness.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:</p> <p>Support data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring activities. Assist with preparation of state and federal grant reports; track program utilization, activities, and outcomes using established tracking systems; and maintain accurate and timely documentation of program activities. Coordinate with grant evaluation team members, epidemiologists, and data analysts to support data collection processes, reporting needs, and interpretation of findings.
