Other duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensures the accurate reporting, categorization, and investigation of production losses, driving systemic improvements and compliance with DNL's Reliability Standard. </li><li>Live and foster Dyno Nobel Values </li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards </li><li>Lead regular reviews of production losses and cost-impact events. </li><li>Participate in investigation of loss events exceeding the investigation threshold using approved methodologies. </li><li>Monitor asset performance metrics including OEE, Uptime, Reliability, and Mean Uptime. </li><li>Oversee the use and maintenance of the Production Reporting and Loss System (PRLS). </li><li>Identify Direct Causes and Systemic Root Causes for Reliability Events. </li><li>Facilitate quarterly reviews from PI data to identify 'Bad Actor' equipment. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement systemic improvements </li><li>Investigation of loss events </li><li>Utilizing PI monitor asset performance metrics including OEE, Uptime, Reliability, and Mean Uptime . </li><li>Oversee the use and maintenance of the Production Reporting and Loss System (PRLS). </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) </li><li>3+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or operations management in a manufacturing or industrial setting. </li><li>Prefer experience in explosives or heavy chemical manufacturing </li><li>Proficient in data systems such as PRLS, ERP and PI platforms </li><li>Experience using PI in a chemical manufacturing setting is desired </li><li>Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or equivalent preferred. </li><li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities </li><li>Knowledge of RCA methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Fault Tree Analysis). </li><li>Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes. </li><li>Familiarity with heavy chemical manufacturing </li><li>Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>3 weeks vacation + 12 paid holidays + PTO days </li><li>Full health benefits including employer HSA contributions + dental plan with an orthodontic option, wellness coaching available </li><li>Matching 401(k) </li><li>Generous paid parental leave </li><li>Generous tuition reimbursement program </li><li>Friendly and supportive coworkers </li></ul> <p>Zero Harm for Everyone Everywhere</p> <p>Value People - Respect, Recognize & Reward</p> <p>Think Customer.
