Driven by Technology.</p> <p>The Business Banking Treasury Sales Officer I role is position that reports to the Treasury Sales Manager for Business Banking in the Central Southwest region. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensures responsible revenue and balance sheet growth, profitability improvement, client calling and planning, portfolio development, pricing strategy, proposal responses, and leads client facing treasury presentations</p> </li><li> <p>Partners with bankers and product specialists across the enterprise to develop customized treasury solutions by identifying solutions based on client-focused cost and benefit analysis and bank-focused profitability analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Leads pricing and negotiation discussions with the client for treasury management products to optimize relationship profitability and Year over Year (YoY) growth</p> </li><li> <p>Participates actively in the Client Management Process (CMP), focusing on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationship through thoughtful identification of client needs</p> </li><li> <p>Fosters digital adoption by driving mobile, digital, and real time payments adoption and manages strategic dialogues around key client centric issues, while leveraging best practices, peer benchmarking, industry data analytics, and solutioning positioning</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains an in-depth client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of bank structure</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 3 to 5 years of demonstrated success in direct sales roles in a treasury or cash management capacity</p> </li><li> <p>Strong business/financial acumen to align to core Key Performance Indicators within our clients treasury operations ecosystems</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts</p> </li><li> <p>Intrinsically motivated to continuously improve processes and/or one's own education</p> </li><li> <p>Exercises the desire to mentor and sponsor other Associates</p> </li><li> <p>Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Account Management</p> </li><li> <p>Business Development</p> </li><li> <p>Client Management</p> </li><li> <p>Client Solutions Advisory</p> </li><li> <p>Customer and Client Focus</p> </li><li> <p>Critical Thinking</p> </li><li> <p>Portfolio Analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Presentation Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Relationship Building</p> </li><li> <p>Sales Strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Coaching</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Oral Communications</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritization</p> </li><li> <p>Prospecting</p> </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <p>1st shift (United States of America)</p> <p>Hours Per Week:</p> <p>40</p>
