Excellent local leadership.</p> <p>Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.</p> <ul> <li>Days and hours subject to change based on business needs </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Verify returned product for accurate reason codes (mispicks, driver shorts, refusals) to ensure accounting reports reflect accurate data.</p> <p>Verify returned product is within temperature guidelines to maintain product integrity</p> <p>Process all documents (paper and digital) associated with returns and adjustments to customer orders to ensure inventory accuracy and customer invoice accuracy</p> <p>Inspect all product returned for appropriate disposition (saleable, damage/recuperation, damage/out of code dumps, etc…) and ensure proper coding is applied.</p> <p>Execute end of day processes and reports, ensuring all discrepancies are researched and addressed.</p> <p>Return saleable product to pick slot (where allowed; see local CBA)</p> <p>Work with drivers and transportation supervisors to address any issues and address training/retraining needs and process improvement opportunities.</p> <p>RELATIONSHIPS</p> <p>Internal: Transportation Manager, Day Warehouse Manager,</p> <p>External:</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education/Training: High School Diploma or equivalent required.</p> <p>Related Experience: A minimum of two years of experience with warehouse & delivery procedures required.</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally, strong math skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, basic computer skills. Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the division.</p> <p>Physical Requirements: Frequent, sitting, standing and walking, occasional lifting of 20 lb weights. Must be able to operate a computer and perform filing.</p> <p>Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
