<p>Sr. Dynamics Developer</p> <p>Location: Remote</p> <p>Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire</p> <p>Pay: $70.00/ Hourly</p> <p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The role will be responsible for working closely with the Solutions Architect on architecture and senior development decisions of Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Services application (internally branded as Smart Tech).</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>*</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Dynamics Solutions Architect to implement Dynamics solutions scalability and best practices </li><li>Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process; develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations </li><li>Provide guidance and mentoring to other technical resources on the team </li><li>Work with the business to understand requirements to propose and develop technical solutions and effectively communicate those to lower-level development resources. </li><li>Keep leadership up to date on team progress, risks, etc. </li><li>Ensuring optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems and products. </li><li>Upgrading and configuring Microsoft Dynamics systems for optimized integration. </li><li>Coordinate and support integration with third-party apps, plugins, and tools. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>*</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years Dynamics 365 modules experience </li><li>Minimum of 3 years Dynamics 365 implementations experience </li><li>Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of Dynamics 365 development experience including: </li><li>Core Skills: JavaScript, Plugins, PCF Controls (React/FluentUI), TypeScript, Power BI, Power Automate </li><li>Field Service module experience </li><li>AWS/node js experience - strongly encouraged </li><li>AI knowledge - nice to have </li></ul> <p>Solid track record of the following is a must:</p> <ul> <li>The ability to work independently and in a team environment. </li><li>Creative problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues. </li><li>Managing conflicting priorities and gaining consensus across multiple user groups </li><li>Committed and enthusiastic approach to supporting business customers and end users. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent relationship building in all levels of organization. </li><li>Experience running technical projects. </li><li>Experience working with offshore resources </li></ul> <p>NICE TO HAVE</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in an Agile SAFe 6 framework </li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps </li></ul>
