You will clean and maintain central air compressors in both the plant and boiler room and monitor hot water and chilled water expansion tanks to ensure they are operating at the correct pressures. You will identify and address issues, correct any deficiencies noted by the boiler inspector, and test various types of water, including chilled, condenser, hot, and condensate water. Additionally, you will keep detailed logs of testing activities and manage inventory for water treatment chemicals, reagents, and other essential supplies. You will also supervise inmate workers assigned to janitorial and maintenance tasks within the plant and ensure a safe and secure working environment.</p> <p>Interested in learning more?
