<p>Position Details:</p> <ul> <li>Receive & enrich problem report. </li><li>Derive Change Requests (CR)/Request for Variance (RFV), entering initial attributing/information and prepare for processing through the Change Process. </li><li>Preparation of Engineering Change Order (ECO) package for delivery to customer </li><li>Produce Engineering Release Record (ERR) deliveries to customer. </li><li>Derive Change Orders (CO) from the CR entering initial attributing/information and prepare for processing through the CO process. </li><li>Ensure movement of COs through to completion after all reviews are complete. </li><li>Support Change Specialist 1 activities as required. </li><li>Maintain accurate Configuration Management (CM) files and records. </li><li>Update training materials and participate in continuous improvement </li><li></li><li>Candidate Requirements: </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline </li><li>Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in change management or relevant technical skill </li><li>Microsoft office proficient </li><li>Candidates with experience in Teamcenter very beneficial </li><li>The candidate will need to have strong written and oral communication skills </li><li>Comfortability with independent learning and a self-starter attitude is needed </li><li>Able to work overtime as needed </li><li>Able to bring continuous improvement processes and methodologies to the position </li></ul> <p>Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, General Dynamics is a global aerospace and defense company offering a broad portfolio of products and services in business aviation; ship construction and repair; land combat vehicles, weapons systems and munitions; and technology products and services.
