All positions and services now fall under the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health as we move forward in serving individuals, families, and communities across the state.</p> <p>What you'll do at DBH:</p> <ul> <li>Greet Visitors </li><li>Maintain efficient communication on a 24-hour basis </li><li>Dispatch personnel & equipment as events occur </li><li>Create/maintain/distribute a list of current mobile/cell phone numbers </li><li>Monitor all alarms </li><li>Maintain corresponding logs & Records </li><li>Maintain office security by ensuring building entry doors are locked </li><li>Respond to code situations </li><li>Call-Back procedure needed after regular working hours </li></ul> <p>This is an hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #5 on the OCSEA Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Variable DAYS, Variable SHIFT(s). This position is located within our Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare, 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio.</p> <p>Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.</p> <p>Formal education that includes reading, writing & speaking English.</p> <ul> <li>Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualification For Employment noted above. </li></ul> <p>Job Skills: Dispatch</p> <p>Required Educational Transcripts</p> <p>Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application.
