<p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION</p> <p>The Senior Engineer (Transportation & Stormwater) is a senior-level professional engineering position responsible for planning, managing, and implementing the City's Traffic Operations Program, NPDES MS4 Program, Community Rating System (CRS) Program, and transportation and stormwater planning initiatives. This position leads the development and implementation of the Transportation and Stormwater Capital Improvement Programs (CIPs).
