<p>This position will supervise 20 - 25 assembly staff at a given time. In addition to supervising direct reports, this position will also work collaboratively with other supervisors during a shift.</p> <p>Growth and development are important aspects of this position. Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>This position will lead and supervise people and assembly activities to achieve established production goals consistent with our 5 performance indicating pillars - People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.</p> <ul> <li>Plans operations, utilization of skills and man-hours, material and workflow to assure Quality and Delivery metrics are met. </li><li>Assigns work, provides direction, develops a training plan, and assists employees in the performance of their work. </li><li>Ensures the consistent use of Safety devices and personal protective equipment (PPE), supervises departmental housekeeping and maintains constant alert for hazardous conditions and practices.
