Description</p> <p>Site Decor & Weddings Assistant Job Description</p> <p>Wage: $17-18/hour</p> <p>Shift: Part-time. 20-30 hours per week. Hours will vary depending on event schedule.</p> <p>Benefits: Free Thanksgiving Point Membership for you and immediate family; 401(k); Employee Assistance Program; Financial Assistance Program; Thanksgiving Point venue discounts; and more!</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Set up event spaces and clean up after. </li><li>Decorate for holidays and events. </li><li>Create bride bouquets, corsages, centerpieces, large florals, etc. </li><li>Clean and organize decor supplies and event spaces. </li><li>Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a florist - must be able to create bride bouquets, corsages, centerpieces, etc. </li><li>Ability to haul, lift, and climb ladders. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills </li><li>Be at least 16 years old. </li><li>Must pass a background check. </li></ul> <p>EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
