Our ambition drives us to influence the world by helping brands become cultural icons.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Global Delivery Director is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of global marketing campaigns, ensuring scalability, adaptability, and compliance across diverse markets. This role acts as a strategic liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients, driving operational excellence and safeguarding rights and usage requirements throughout the production lifecycle. The position also oversees a team of QC specialists and Asset Managers to ensure flawless execution.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Global Campaign Adaptation: </li></ul> <p>Liaise with creative partners to collect upstream localization feedback on campaign ideas including concepts, scripts, and storyboards to ensure scalability and adaptability in global markets.</p> <ul> <li>Talent & Rights Management: </li></ul> <p>Partner with clients and Business Affairs to secure rights usage extension, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, mitigating legal risks, and optimizing cost efficiency across all deliverables.</p> <ul> <li>Production & Asset Management: </li></ul> <p>Work closely with IPA to confirm that the full suite of required files for adaptation is included in the production bid, enabling smooth downstream localization and deployment.</p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership: </li></ul> <p>Oversee and manage a Delivery team of Technical QC specialists and Asset Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.</p> <ul> <li>Project Status & Escalation: </li></ul> <p>Act as the primary point of contact for project status updates and timelines, including leading bi-weekly stand-up calls, proactively escalating delays, and ensuring stakeholders are informed of risks and mitigation plans.</p> <ul> <li>Technical Quality Control: </li></ul> <p>Maintain a foundational understanding of technical QC processes to identify potential issues or red flags early in the delivery cycle, ensuring high-quality outputs across all markets.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Global marketing operations, campaign delivery, or production management. </li><li>Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-market campaigns. </li><li>Strong understanding of localization processes and global adaptation strategies. </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. </li><li>Knowledge of talent rights, usage agreements, and production workflows. </li><li>Leadership and team development capabilities. </li><li>Ability to interpret technical QC requirements and spot potential issues. </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
