<p>This position is a hybrid in-office role that works out of our Boston HQ. Monday-Thursday will be working in office and Friday is WFH. This role serves as a trusted strategic partner, helping executives navigate complex priorities, improve organizational effectiveness, and maintain focus on high-impact work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with exceptional judgment, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities. This person brings a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and operational rigor while building strong relationships across teams and functions.</p> <p>This is an opportunity for a senior Executive Business Partner to make a meaningful impact through executive partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational coordination while contributing to a strong and collaborative EA/EBP community.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as a strategic partner to 3-5 senior leaders helping drive focus, prioritization, and operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage complex global calendars across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities and anticipating needs before they arise.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate domestic and international travel, adapting quickly to evolving schedules and ensuring seamless logistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain processes and workflows that improve organization and visibility across executive support operations while leveraging AI tools and technology to streamline day-to-day support</p> </li><li> <p>Partner cross-functionally to support business initiatives, facilitate communication, and drive alignment across teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and coordinate meetings, offsites, and team events that foster collaboration and connection.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage expenses and administrative operations with accuracy and strong attention to detail.</p> </li><li> <p>Exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling sensitive information and high-priority matters.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to a strong Executive Assistant and Executive Business Partner community by sharing best practices, supporting onboarding efforts, and providing informal mentorship to peers.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide coverage for fellow EAs and EBPs as needed to ensure continuity of support across leadership teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple priorities with professionalism, adaptability, and composure.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years of administrative or Executive Business Partner experience, including support for VP- and Director-level leaders in a fast-paced, global environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and operate with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and adapt quickly as business priorities evolve.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and executive operations in a high-volume environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools, including Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet.</p> </li><li> <p>Curiosity and adaptability in learning new technologies, including AI tools that improve productivity and operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfort navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure in a dynamic environment.</p> </li><li> <p>A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</p> </li></ul> <p>Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities</p> <p>Wayfair is fully committed to providing equal opportunities for all individuals, including individuals with disabilities.
