This role delivers actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and optimize product performance. The analyst will leverage syndicated and proprietary data to develop compelling narratives and support key business decisions for both Coca-Cola and Walmart.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Reporting & Analysis:</p> </li><li> <p>Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, shopper insights, and category trends using Nielsen, Scintilla, and other data sources.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform ad-hoc analyses and respond to urgent data requests from internal and external stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Diagnose performance issues and identify growth opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Support:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and deliver category reviews for Walmart line reviews, including assortment and shelving recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies and the Annual Business Plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate data into compelling presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Data Management & Communication:</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and databases.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate sales updates and insights to Coca-Cola bottlers, brand teams, and Walmart.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Shopper and Category Expertise:</p> </li><li> <p>Aggregate and analyze syndicated and proprietary data to develop deep understanding of beverage category and shopper trends.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <p>Business Insights, Client Service, Communication, Contracts, Data Analysis, Key Accounts, Marketing, Microsoft Office, Negotiation, Persuasion, Pricing Strategies, Sales Cycle, Sales Process, Waterfall Model</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$116,500 - $145,800</p> <p>Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.</p> <p>Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:</p> <p>15</p> <p>Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
