<p>Work independently and with the team to develop proficiency with the functional use of a variety of applications and user facing tools. Work on a team to craft a complete training program using a variety of delivery techniques (classroom led, virtual, hard copy reference material). Work with the Lead Tester to design and conduct test scripts for the unit test and user acceptance test phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), minimizing risk during deployment to production environment Develop test plans and strategies addressing areas including operational scenarios, regressing testing, error/bug retests, performance, repeatability and usability Participate in team activities such as requirements gathering, design sessions, production issues, as appropriate. Develop expertise over time in our application and in our mission Required: Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Significant instructional expertise crafting and delivering new material to users. Comfort working in front of large and small audiences. Willingness to learn and support legacy tools and software applications.
