Supports development, approval, and administration of business cases and applicable ten-year plan. Directs execution of project plans upon approval. </li><li>Coordinates acquisition of human resources, equipment, material, permits, land, and land rights. </li><li>Monitors and controls project plans, including safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, quality, and risk. Measures and communicates project performance to customers and stakeholders. Manages changes to the project plan. Ensures all project objectives are achieved. Coordinates project close-out, including final acceptance of project deliverables; resolution of claims; transfer of ownership; status of project id; project accounting audit and true-up; and final project report. </li><li>Cultivates and fosters a team environment. Develops and maintains highly motivated and engaged staff. Establishes individual and department performance goals aligned with corporate goals. Monitors and ensures timely completion of individual and department goals. </li><li>Establishes and maintains departmental operating and capital budgets. Ensures attainment of budgets. </li><li>Ensures working relationships with internal and external customers.
