<p>Job Description</p> <p>Under the direction of the Supervisor, performs various cleaning and disinfection tasks as assigned and/or for the handling, distribution and collection of textiles/linen.</p> <p>Job Responsibility</p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Performs essential cleaning functions in assigned areas following established schedules utilizing trained methods. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Adheres to the strict principals, policies and procedures on infection control for all high to low risk areas as outlined EVS and IC Policy in I-10.1 of Infection Control manual </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Perform heavy cleaning and sanitation functions in assigned areas following established schedules and Bi-Annual cleaning policy using prescribed </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Attends mandatory hospital fire safety, infection control and hazardous waste training and department scheduled meetings/in-services/training sessions </li></ul> </li><li>Performs related duties, as required. </li><li>ADA Essential Functions </li></ul> <p>Job Qualification</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred. </li><li>Additional Salary Detail </li></ul> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).</p>
