Building Information: Riverwalk Heights | Related Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (7:00am - 3:30pm) Days Off: Friday and Saturday Key Responsibilities: Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all common areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and amenity spaces. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, stripping/waxing/buffing floors, and removing garbage. Assist with light maintenance tasks as assigned. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents by responding promptly and professionally to their needs. Maintain the general appearance and condition of the building and surrounding grounds. Conduct seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping. Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and in good working condition. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by management. Compensation: $21.59 (New Dev Union Rate) Benefits: Local 32 BJ Benefits #LI-NG1 #RMC Qualifications 1-2 years prior janitor, cleaner, or porter experience Must be reliable and have experience working with cleaning chemicals Must be a team player and be able to work with little supervision Excellent time management skills and work ethic needed Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8 hour shift Light maintenance knowledge is a plus *You may be required to be on call as needed.
