<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. </li><li>Perform wound care, including dressing changes, assessments, and documentation. </li><li>Manage intravenous (IV) therapy, including the insertion and maintenance of IVs. </li><li>Facilitate the admission and discharge processes, ensuring that patients are properly informed and all documentation is complete. </li><li>Supervise, mentor, and provide support to STNAs, ensuring quality care is delivered to patients. </li><li>Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. </li><li>Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition, reporting to the appropriate healthcare team members. </li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies. </li><li>Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio </li><li>Experience in medication administration, wound care, IV management, and the admission/discharge process. </li><li>Strong supervisory skills and experience working with STNAs or similar roles. </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call shifts. </li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care. </li><li>Prior experience in [specific healthcare setting, if applicable] preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits for full-time employees:</p> <ul> <li>Healthcare </li><li>Disability </li><li>Life </li><li>401(k) </li><li>Paid time off </li></ul>
