This role will work with our IT Support team to provide technical assistance to our production, warehouse, and corporate teams.</p> <p>City's Co-Op program also includes:</p> <ul> <li>Networking opportunities with City's leadership and cross-functional teams </li><li>Exposure and understanding of production and warehousing functions including: Brewing, Batching, Packaging, Maintenance, Quality, EH&S, and Continuous Improvement </li><li>Assigned mentors and career coaches to assist in development of project plans and goal-setting while providing real-time feedback </li><li>Professional development opportunities through seminars, trainings, and on-the-job work assignments </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist a team of desktop support technicians in providing computer support to all internal and external users </li><li>Organize and maintain IT hardware and peripherals </li><li>Assist in process documentation </li><li>Assist in with the deployment of new equipment </li><li>Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or ticketing system </li><li>Assist end-users with various hardware and software problems </li><li>Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues </li><li>Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions </li><li>Setup new user hardware/software </li><li>Maintain hardware inventory </li><li>Troubleshoot printers and scanners </li><li>Provide technical assistance to users and escalate incidents to, System administrators, System engineers, or Developers when appropriate </li><li>Receive, troubleshoot, and respond to Help Desk requests via phone calls or e-mails in a 24/7 environment </li><li>Assist in moving computers and phones for all internal user moves and new hires </li><li>Perform additional duties as necessary </li></ul> <p>This role will work part-time hours during the school year and part-time or full-time hours during school breaks.
