<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Putnam Middle School is seeking a caring, flexible, and dependable individual to join our team as a Literacy Paraeducator. This part-time position supports students in in grades 5-8 by providing small group and individual assistance in reading and writing, reinforcing classroom instruction, and encouraging strong literacy habits. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for helping adolescents grow as readers and writers, work collaboratively with teachers and specialists, and foster a supportive environment where students feel confident and motivated to build their literacy skills. Putnam Middle School offers a strong, collaborative culture of caring educators who leverage resources to nurture and challenge our students.
