<p>Overview</p> <p>Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Exercise Physiologist to work as an Injury Prevention Specialist in Anaheim, CA. This position is required to be on-site providing injury prevention services at a major theme park</p> <p>Location: Anaheim, CA</p> <p>Type of Employment: Full-time</p> <p>Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hrs/day with two consecutive days off but the days off will most likely be during the week and not the weekend. Prevention Services include:</p> </li><li> <p>Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort</p> </li><li> <p>Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching</p> </li><li> <p>Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settings</p> </li><li> <p>Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics</p> </li><li> <p>Office ergonomics</p> </li><li> <p>Health and wellness consultation</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation and reporting on employee encounters</p> </li><li> <p>Regular communication with both client and Select leadership</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum:</p> <ul> <li>BS Degree Required </li><li>Minimum one year experience, industrial setting experience a plus </li><li>Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification </li><li>Position requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual </li></ul>
