The Nutritionist Assistant I follows standard operating procedures, attends training sessions, and maintains certifications, where appropriate and as directed by the NSC. The Nutritionist Assistant I obtains accurate, high quality data from study participants while minimizing the risks and distresses the study participant may experience. Respects privacy and confidentiality of participants and adheres to HIPPA regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates the ability to learn, perform and maintain competencies in performing all study procedures.
