<p>We are currently looking for a Behavioral Design & Learning Manager to join our HSE & Transformation team. This role is suited for an HSE professional with Learning & Development experience, with responsibility to design, enable implementation, and continuously enhance the Safety & Resilience (S&R) Learning Academy, ensuring it provides upskilling and learning programs that align with S&R principles, global policies and standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Orchestrate the S&R Learning Academy: </li></ul> <p>Design and manage educational programs and training initiatives, ensuring curriculum relevance and alignment with capability studies, external benchmarks, and leading practices. Ensure learning & upskilling mechanisms are aligned with MPACT to support development and growth.</p> <ul> <li>Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: </li></ul> <p>Collaborate with S&R SMEs, leaders, and HR to assess training needs, gather feedback, and communicate program offerings effectively to support participation and completion.</p> <ul> <li>Subject Matter Expertise in HSE and Learning & Development: </li></ul> <p>Apply expertise, coaching, and mentoring in learning principles related to HSE topics. Support the design and execution of learning programs focused on technical safety, human cognition, decision-making, and motivation.</p> <ul> <li>Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis: </li></ul> <p>Conduct in-depth analysis, explore problems, identify issues, and synthesize insights that contribute to the development of solutions, recommendations, and sustainable change.</p> <ul> <li>Facilitation and Training Design: </li></ul> <p>Develop impactful training solutions across different formats. Facilitate training sessions in various HSE topics, both in-person and virtual.</p> <p>Who we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Site HSE experience in the logistics industry (warehouses, depots, transport, etc.), manufacturing, oil & gas, or a related industry</p> </li><li> <p>A Master's degree in Health & Safety or Learning & Development, or equivalent experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience applying subject matter expertise in training needs analysis, training development, and implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of adult learning principles</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in applying and/or designing diverse research methods</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to facilitate training sessions in complex settings and across different formats (in-person, virtual)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong stakeholder management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong proficiency in English (additional languages are considered a plus)</p> </li></ul> <p>Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
