<p>Manager, Litigation Paralegal - Denver, Colorado</p> <p>Do you have deep experience in litigation management and want to join a high performing and collaborative team? You will enhance and lead our legal hold and eDiscovery processes. You will also collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to protect and defend the Company in defensive matters, pursue affirmative matters, respond to consumer complaints, and manage our litigation portfolio.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the legal hold process, ensuring timely and effective communication and compliance with preservation requirements. </li><li>Oversee and coordinate the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review coordination, and production, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. </li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for outside counsel, providing comprehensive litigation support throughout case management. </li><li>Assist with case preparation, including organizing and managing large volumes of documents and evidence. </li><li>Draft and review legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses under attorney supervision. </li><li>Maintain litigation databases and document management systems. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and business units to ensure smooth execution of litigation and investigation projects. </li><li>Stay current with developments in litigation technology and best practices in eDiscovery. </li><li>Train and mentor other team members on litigation support procedures and technology. </li></ul> <p>Role Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. </li><li>ABA approved paralegal certificate is a plus. </li><li>Minimum 8+ years of paralegal litigation experience, preferably within a large corporate law department or law firm supporting complex litigation. </li><li>Demonstrated experience managing legal hold and eDiscovery processes. </li><li>Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and legal hold software. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Superior organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. </li><li>Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
