<p>The HR Technology & Workforce Data Lead is responsible for strategic oversight of HR technologies and workforce data governance. This role ensures system data integrity, security administration, and optimization of HR platforms including Workday HCM, ATS, and LMS while driving workforce analytics and actionable insights aligned with organizational strategy. The position creates and maintains business processes and workflows, develops maintenance plans, conducts regular audits, monitors queries, and proposes solutions to complex issues. This role requires translating business needs into system solutions, ensuring mobile usability, and collaborating effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary administrator for Workday HCM, including modules for Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Talent. </li><li>Manage system configurations, business processes, security roles, and compliance requirements. </li><li>Oversee integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll vendors, benefits carriers, finance systems). </li><li>Lead governance and optimization of HR technology ecosystem, including ATS and LMS platforms. </li><li>Evaluate new tools and enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency. </li><li>Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all HR systems. </li><li>Manage access controls, security protocols, and audit processes to safeguard sensitive employee information. </li><li>Develop and deliver dashboards, metrics, and insights to HR leadership and business partners. </li><li>Support advanced reporting needs for compliance, compensation planning, and workforce analytics. </li><li>Partner with Payroll Manager and team to ensure accurate payroll processing and GL coding. </li><li>Collaborate with Finance on integrations, reconciliations, and reporting alignment. </li><li>Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system upgrades and issue resolution. </li><li>Translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements. </li><li>Ensure mobile user experience is optimized for a workforce inclusive of computer-users and non-computer users. </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business partners on technology strategy and data-driven decision-making. </li><li>Create and execute system maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and compliance. </li><li>Conduct regular audits of HR systems to validate data integrity and security. </li><li>Monitor system queries and troubleshoot issues, proposing solutions to complex problems. </li><li>Launch/Enable new features as the organization readies for them. </li><li>Develop workflows and business processes that align with organizational strategy and improve efficiency. </li><li>Drive workforce data analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. </li><li>Identify training needs for users, leaders, updates, etc. </li></ul>
