By managing early careers hiring and campus engagement efforts, you'll help build strong early-career pipelines and foster lasting relationships with academic institutions. Your ability to design and execute effective sourcing strategies will ensure access to diverse, high-quality talent pools. Through thoughtful collaboration with stakeholders and a commitment to process excellence, you'll enhance recruitment outcomes and contribute to a seamless candidate experience. Your insights and proactive approach will support continuous improvement, helping the team stay agile and aligned with evolving business needs.</p> <p>Responsibilities consist but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage intern and new grad hiring efforts, including campus engagement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection process </li><li>Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet business group needs and build talent pools for current and future needs </li><li>Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies </li><li>Conduct intake sessions with hiring teams and set expectations for the recruitment process </li><li>Support with coordinating evaluation and interview scheduling with hiring managers and selected candidates </li><li>Use competency-based interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates during presentation and shortlisting to hiring team members </li><li>Manage candidate and hiring teams development throughout recruitment process </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years of related experience </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience </li></ul> <p>Talents Needed for Success:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of Recruitment experience, preferably in Financial Services or Technology industries </li><li>Early Careers recruitment experience, including intern or campus hiring </li><li>Experience in recruitment platforms such as Oracle and Handshake </li></ul> <p>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
