<p>Summary of Position</p> <p>BMEI is looking to add a CDL Driver with Drill Operator/Locator experience to our fantastic team. We are looking for candidates who are career-minded and understand the importance of being a team player.</p> <p>You will be working with a crew of 2-5 teammates operating a bore rig and/or locating as well as transporting equipment and materials to different job sites.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Enforce all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures </li><li>Work with a small crew of employees (2-5) and prioritize work accordingly </li><li>Fulfill all assigned construction job duties, including project layout, timelines, and completes necessary paperwork </li><li>Interpret and follows plans, material lists and guidelines </li></ul> <p>Competency Requirements (Skilled to Advanced Level)</p> <ul> <li>Communicates effectively </li><li>Coordinates with customers </li><li>Holds self and others accountable </li><li>Problem solving and innovation </li><li>Teamwork and collaboration </li><li>Value and respect others </li><li>Abide by safety regulations and requirements </li></ul> <p>Education & Skill Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-4 years Directional Drilling with Ditch Witch and Vermeer Equipment experience </li><li>Must have knowledge and experience in excavation and industrial construction </li><li>Has an exceptional ability to read and understand drawings and specifications </li><li>Must be able to independently follow and give instructions </li><li>Must be dependable and have excellent planning and scheduling skills </li><li>Must have a valid Class A CDL with a clean record </li><li>Must be able to pass a background check and pre-hire and random drug screenings </li><li>Must be able to physically perform the essential job functions; this includes lifting, climbing, walking, and standing for extended periods of time. </li></ul> <p>Hours and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM M-F with potential overtime </li><li>401k Plan Available </li><li>Group Insurance Plan Available </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Short and Long Term Disability </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>Paid Holiday </li></ul> <p>#LI-DNI</p> <p>#LI-DNP</p> <p>#L1-BB1</p>
