<p>Caston High School is in search of its next varsity coed soccer coach for the 2025 season.</p> <p>Job Description: Varsity Coed Soccer Coach</p> <p>Job Description Requirements: Perform the normal duties of a varsity soccer coach including,</p> <p>but not limited to:</p> <p>? Overseeing a K-12 program (coaches, budget, youth camps, skill development etc.)</p> <p>? Participate and support Caston High School's strength and conditioning program</p> <p>? Attend all head coach meetings with the athletic director</p> <p>? Participate in the department's athletic council</p> <p>? Adhere to all IHSAA guidelines for your sport</p> <p>? Hold pre and post season meetings with your athletes</p> <p>? Meet all guidelines and due dates for athletic paperwork (rosters, NFHS courses, media</p> <p>etc.)</p> <p>? While in season, conduct a parent meeting to review all team and athletic</p> <p>policies/expectations</p> <p>? While in season, develop practice plans, game strategy, and skill development</p> <p>? Organize and inventory all sport-specific equipment</p> <p>? Turn in season stats/awards and program history to the athletic department at the end of</p> <p>each season</p> <p>? Organize off-season/summer open facility programs</p> <p>?
