Together, we can empower our clinicians to provide the highest quality care to our patients.</p> <p>Position Summary: As the Clinical Education Program Manager you will be the driving force behind the development, implementation, and facilitation of our clinical education programs and initiatives for our Home Health clinicians. Your objective will be to empower our clinicians with top-notch skill sets needed to continue providing exceptional healthcare and improving the quality of life for our patients. You will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that our clinicians are equipped with the latest clinical knowledge, best practices, and tools they need to succeed. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success and help us achieve our mission of providing exceptional care to our patients.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Is responsible for designing and implementing education programs for staff members in order to improve their clinical skills and knowledge. This involves creating curricula, coordinating with clinical experts, and ensuring that all training programs comply with relevant regulations and standards. </li><li>Programs include but are not limited to preceptorship program, annual skills competency, HHA annual training, monthly training topics, new hire training, etc. </li><li>Ensures training practices are engaging that motivate and inspire our clinicians. </li><li>You will work collaboratively with Clinical Leadership, Quality Assurance, Customer Relations, and Human Resources to ensure that our training programs meet all organizational aspects. </li><li>Works with clinical leaders to identify gaps in knowledge and skills, and develop appropriate training programs to address these needs. </li><li>Develops training programs either directly or through coordination with other trainers. </li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. </li><li>Facilitates learning opportunities through workshops, seminars, and other educational events. </li><li>Create and disseminate educational materials, such as online courses and instructional videos. </li><li>Works closely with clinical leaders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and quality initiatives. </li><li>Keeps up to date with trends and best practices in clinical education, and uses this knowledge to continuously improve training programs and processes. </li><li>Ensures that training methods meets various learning styles </li><li>Establishes relationships and works with community partners and educational institutions to bridge programs such as offering clinical rotations, internship opportunities, etc. </li><li>Conducts field precepting/supervisory visits as needed </li><li>Is responsible for managing the resources needed for training, including budgets, equipment, and materials </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>A bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, with a master's degree preferred. </li><li>Clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with experience in education or training required. </li><li>Home Health and leadership experience are strongly preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective training programs and work collaboratively with leaders and staff members. </li><li>Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, as well as industry trends and best practices in clinical education. </li><li>Experience with project management and budgeting. </li><li>Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. </li><li>Proficiency with technology and computer-based training programs. </li><li>A passion for teaching and a desire to help healthcare professionals improve their clinical skills and knowledge. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Work Environment Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to office locations and events held at offsite locations. </li><li>Occasional lifting and setup of educational materials </li></ul> <p>HealthFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
