<p>Position SummarY:</p> <p>Radiology Partners is seeking a Physician Liaison Associate to join our internal teleradiology Practice, Matrix. Reporting in to the Practice Director, the Physician Liaison Associate will serve as the face of the practice with ongoing and open communication with physicians and internal teams. The goal of this position is to maintain and grow relationships by fostering physician loyalty and engagement. Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.</p> <p>WHy Radiology Partners:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Benefits package - Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. </li><li>Compensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities </li><li>Flexible Remote Schedules </li><li>Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays </li><li>Proudly Certified as a Great Place to Work for Five Consecutive Years </li></ul> <p>Position Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact for radiologists, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining open communication. </li><li>Coordinate onboarding of new radiologists and manage ongoing administrative needs, including CME activities and credentialing support. </li><li>Monitor and analyze quality data, assist with reporting, and support process improvement initiatives and special projects. </li><li>Facilitate consistent communication across the practice and help delegate incoming requests related to radiologist support. </li><li>Participate in meetings at the practice, regional, and organizational levels to support engagement and collaboration. </li></ul> <p>DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience working with physicians preferred. </li><li>Strongly preferred background in physician credentialing or provider enrollment. </li><li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Healthcare, or Business preferred. </li><li>Experience managing cross-functional activities across departments. </li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments with regular multitasking. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION:</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
