<p>SUMMARY:</p> <p>Arandell Corporation is seeking a hands-on, strategic Building Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical integrity and operational efficiency of our facility. As a leader in high-quality color printing and logistics, our facility houses complex industrial equipment and large-scale climate-controlled environments. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the buildings infrastructure, managing a skilled maintenance team, and ensuring that all facility operations support our 24/7 production schedule safely and cost-effectively.</p> <p>WHAT YOULL DO ON THE A-TEAM:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a comprehensive PM program to minimize downtime and extend the life of building assets. </li><li>Direct the maintenance of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and structural components of the facility. </li><li>Supervise, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff, ensuring high performance and safety compliance. </li><li>Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external service providers, ensuring quality work and competitive pricing. </li><li>Oversee capital improvement projects, including renovations, equipment installs, and energy-efficiency upgrades. </li><li>Ensure the building meets all local building codes, OSHA standards, and fire safety regulations. Serve as a key member of the Safety Committee. </li><li>Manage the facility maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOULL NEED:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 57 years in industrial facility maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role. </li><li>Deep knowledge of industrial HVAC, high-voltage electrical systems, and compressed air systems. Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. </li><li>High school diploma required; Associate degree or vocational certification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred. </li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergency repairs. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
