As a Seasonal Groundskeeping Laborer, you will play an important role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of Paycor Stadium's grounds and surrounding areas. This position supports daily operations and major events by assisting with landscaping, mowing, trimming, debris removal, field and plaza preparation, and general exterior upkeep. You will work alongside the maintenance and operations team to help ensure the stadium remains clean, attractive, and event-ready throughout the season.</p> <p>Join a team dedicated to public service, teamwork, and delivering a welcoming environment for fans, guests, and the community.</p> <p>Summary of Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with maintenance of stadium grounds, including mowing, edging, watering, planting, mulching, pruning, and weed removal </li><li>Perform snow and ice removal from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas; apply salt as needed </li><li>Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas to ensure safe and attractive outdoor spaces </li><li>Operate light and heavy equipment, including mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, edgers, dump trucks, and various hand tools </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on grounds equipment and tools </li><li>Assist with semi-skilled maintenance tasks, including light bulb replacement, artificial turf care, and minor structure repairs </li><li>Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, planters, fences, benches, and other exterior features </li><li>Transport tools and materials to and from job sites; ensure tools are stored properly after use </li><li>Gather and remove litter and debris from grounds and surrounding areas </li><li>Perform manual labor for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions </li><li>Follow established safety procedures and demonstrate regular, reliable attendance </li><li>Assist co-workers and support team operations as needed </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License (issued by state of residency) </li><li>High School Diploma or GED, and six (6) months experience in landscaping and/or grounds maintenance; demonstrable ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor over extended periods of time and under adverse weather conditions. </li><li>HAZARDOUS / WORKING CONDITIONS: Possible exposure to chemicals, fumes and unpleasant smells. </li></ul> <p>Work Location and Hours:</p> <ul> <li>3 Paycor Stadium Cincinnati, OH 45202 </li><li>40 Hour Work Week, generally between core hours of 7:00-4:00 </li><li>Please note that this is a seasonal position, with a start date in early April (or later, depending on availability and operational needs). </li></ul> <p>Deadline to Apply:</p> <p>Open Until Filled</p> <p>Be part of our Team!
