The Commons in Lincoln is hiring Nurses (RN or LPN) within our 32 bed Skilled Nursing Facility / Rehab! We are looking for compassionate Nurses to join our team to deliver nursing care within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. You will be part of a team of dedicated, like-minded individuals whose support and camaraderie build long-lasting relationships.</p> <p>PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of the CNAs </li><li>Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management process </li><li>Balances service demands with supporting resident independence </li><li>Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents'/patient's status </li><li>Observes and reports any significant changes in resident/patient behavior and health to Director of Nursing, physician, family, CNAs and Nursing Home Administrator per state regulations </li><li>Responds to emergencies and personal emergency response system and knows when to call for backup </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification </li><li>Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program </li><li>Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience preferred </li></ul> <p>There is nothing common about The Commons in Lincoln.
