You will assist in loading and unloading materials into the furnaces while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Additionally, you will perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Job Duties:</p> <p>As an Annealer in the Foundry, you may be assigned to any of the following functions as needed per production and staffing needs:</p> <ul> <li>Set up and operate annealing furnaces, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols. </li><li>Monitor furnace operations, check interior oven conditions, oven temperatures, and pressure readings on hourly schedules </li><li>Product Hardness Testing </li><li>Print In-Process Tags </li><li>Inspect Annealing Pots and Trays </li><li>Reporting production pre and post shift to management </li><li>Complete Oven Pushes </li><li>Maintain Furnace Equipment </li><li>Quarantine any off analysis material </li><li>Blow out air burner tubes </li><li>Maintain Fire Extinguishers </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Starting pay rate $22.81 with a $2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shifts </li><li>Standard shift Monday-Friday </li><li>1st , 2nd, and 3rd shift available </li><li>Some weekend hours mandated </li><li>Health benefits, on-site nurse, 401k and Paid Holidays after 90 days </li><li>Career advancement opportunities, on-site training, steel toe reimbursement </li></ul> <p>All job offers are contingent upon post-hire requirements: successful background check, drug screen/physical, and completion of required paperwork.</p> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Repetitive use of both hands for the duration of your shift </li><li>Constant awareness of surroundings </li><li>Requires pushing/pulling/lifting (up to 75 lbs.) </li><li>Forklift experience </li><li>Working your shift until relieved by another Annealer operator </li></ul> <p>ASC Engineered Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
