You will develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional Operation / Product Line, Product Group, Division & Group, and promote the Quality Culture while representing the customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation).</p> <p>Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate daily to the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the quick responses for incidents (0km & warranty) Internally and with Customer, and support the team analyzing the incidents.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to, or, in the absence of R&D in the site, lead Warranty QRQC & warranty treatment activity (Detection, Communication, negotiation, warranty invoice approval…..).</p> </li><li> <p>Manage sorting companies (Work instructions, training, reporting, invoice validation…)</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure Quick Response for supplier incidents.</p> </li><li> <p>Challenge the PG SQA network to obtain FTA in time and confirm PDCA action.</p> </li></ul> <p>5 Axes:</p> <ul> <li>Actively support the Site GM in the implementation of the 5 Axes & lead the Total Quality improvement plan </li></ul> <p>Team:</p> <p>Manage Quality network in the site</p> <ul> <li> <p>SQA Technician</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the Quality PTM for P0, in Launch team of P1</p> </li><li> <p>Laboratory and calibration, when relevant / no R&D on site.</p> </li><li> <p>APU Quality Engineers & Technicians (Functional leadership)</p> </li><li> <p>Quality System Engineers & Technicians</p> </li><li> <p>Super-control / firewall</p> </li></ul> <p>System:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit).</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in, and perform, on job training on the Gemba, Layered Process Audits, Standard Existing Deployed Enforced (StEDE) assessments, Reverse-FMEA ….</p> </li></ul> <p>Projects & change management:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Participate in the project launch meetings: Represent the Site General Manager to confirm if each project activity respects the customer's requirements.
