<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Operates high-pressure boilers. </li><li>Operates chillers and absorbers. </li><li>Compiles water treatment reports. </li><li>Performs maintenance on boilers, chillers, pumps, steam pipes, and related machinery. </li><li>Operates automated building control computer and makes corrections as required. </li><li>Operates/adjusts air handling equipment. </li><li>Performs preventive maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment. </li><li>Performs routine inspections of mechanical rooms. </li><li>Performs building maintenance. </li><li>Maintains established department policies, procedures and objectives, concerning quality assurance, safety, environmental conditions and infection control. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>One (1) year of electro-mechanical experience and good knowledge of hand tools.</p> </li><li> <p>High School graduate or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have the ability to analyze electro-mechanical problems and determine repairs needed; must have the ability to perform repairs after needs are determined.</p> </li><li> <p>3rd grade stationary engineer (obatin within 1 year)</p> </li><li> <p>Valid Driver's License.</p> </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>At CHI Health Midlands we proudly serve Sarpy County and surrounding areas in Nebraska with patient-focused care.
