<p>Sales Support Representative West Jordan, Utah Support our outside sales team and assist customers with their building material needs. This role is fast paced, hands on and perfect for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and staying organized. PURPOSE</p> <p>Under direct supervision, provides sales and customer service activities primarily related to install deck department and customers.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Provides customer service primarily to install deck customers, via telephone or email, including assisting with customer inquiries on scheduling, product selection, pricing, availability, refunds/exchanges requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures and practices.</p> <p>Provides material estimates and quotes for install deck packages.</p> <p>Enters orders into system and schedules instillation of deck packages with installers and customers. Submit labor payments and bill customers for completed install work.</p> <p>Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.</p> <p>Participates in coordinating and conducting customer workshops.</p> <p>Handles and resolves simple customer complaints and forwards more complex issues to more senior staff for resolution.</p> <p>Assists with store housekeeping, signage, stocking, inventory control, and other related activities.</p> <p>Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attends periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures.</p> <p>Other duties may be assigned.</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
