<p>Are you passionate about connecting great people to meaningful work? Harbor Care is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build the workforce that powers our life-changing services across New Hampshire.</p> <p>In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and hire candidates who are aligned with Harbor Care's values of compassion, respect, and service. You'll play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring we bring in talent that supports our mission to serve individuals and families in need.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination </li><li>Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies </li><li>Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-priority roles </li><li>Leverage job boards, social media, community partnerships, and outreach strategies </li><li>Utilize modern recruiting tools, including AI-enabled sourcing and screening technologies </li><li>Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to support fair and effective hiring decisions </li><li>Ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience </li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) </li><li>Represent Harbor Care at job fairs, community events, and workforce initiatives </li><li>Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement </li></ul> <p>This is an opportunity to make a direct impact-not just by filling roles, but by helping build a team dedicated to improving lives across the communities we serve.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources </li><li>Experience managing multiple requisitions and full-cycle recruitment processes </li><li>Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills </li><li>Excellent relationship-building and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health settings </li><li>Familiarity with social media and digital sourcing strategies </li><li>Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and modern sourcing technologies </li><li>Knowledge of structured or behavioral interviewing techniques </li><li>Experience using UKG Workforce Ready or similar ATS platforms </li><li>HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar) </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Ability to travel occasionally to recruiting events or Harbor Care locations </li><li>Commitment to equitable and compliant hiring practices </li></ul>
