Patel Research Institute, also located at AdventHealth Tampa, leads the way in clinical and academic research in the areas of neuroscience, cardiovascular medicine, advanced surgery and more - contributing valuable knowledge that leads to tomorrow's cures for conditions such as heart failure, cancer and other diseases." </li></ul> <p>The role you'll contribute:</p> <p>Performs a variety of tasks in the coordination/managing of Environmental Services at AdventHealth Palm Coast & AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway facilities. Responsible for the supervision and accomplishment of the personnel maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Must work closely with all Departments and staff to ensure the patient's best interest is top priority. Plans, organizes, supervises, coordinates and controls the activities of the Environmental Services Department.</p> <p>The value you'll bring to the team:</p> <ul> <li>Develops annual goals and objectives for environmental services consistent with the mission and strategic plan of the organization . </li><li>Assigns duties to ensure work tasks are accomplished efficiently and ensures that adequate staff and supplies are available for the shift . </li><li>Reviews and updates policies and procedures to insure they remain in compliance. Ensures compliance with JCAHO, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards . </li><li>Prepares, evaluates and controls the department's annual budget . </li><li>Regularly surveys departmental procedures for adherence to acceptable cleaning practices . </li><li>Supervises all staff by assigning work, training, hiring evaluation performance, progressive discipline and recommending termination as is appropriate . </li><li>Resolves patient satisfaction concerns in a timely manner . </li><li>May be responsible for clean linen distribution . </li><li>Maintains all tracking and accountability of linen supplies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>High School Grad or Equiv Required . </li><li>2 Related Experience Preferred. </li></ul> <p>This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
