<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This position will be responsible for answering calls coming into the Radiology Reading Rooms. Will represent Radiology in a positive and helpful manner to all callers and perform a wide variety of call center services (i.e., take messages) to assist callers. Will answer, triage and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate Radiologist and/or Radiology Resident, acquiring the appropriate information as needed to assist both the attending/resident and the caller. Must be proficient with multiple software programs for call processing and documentation.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience preferably in a health care setting; or, equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities, have excellent communication and computer skills.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Work Days:</p> <p>40 hrs/week; Night Shift, Will be required to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
